Fish sausage？ 魚肉ソーセージ
こんにちは。Okinawa searcher探子です。
うちなー天ぷら。
Uchinaa tempura.
さやまめ＆魚肉ソーセージって、
ナイスなコンビです。
Green beans and fish sausage.
Good combination.
でも、
あまり魚肉ソーセージって食べないなぁ～と思っていたら
I was thinking I don’t cook and eat fish sausage much other than uchinaa tempura.
こんなものを見つけました。
And one day, I found them.
魚肉ソーセージ（シークワサー味）
Fish sausage (shikwasa flavor. shikwasa is an Okinawan lime)
魚肉ソーセージ（島とうがらし味）
Fish sausage (Okinawa chile pepper flavor)
なるほど！
I see.
そのまま、おつまみ？
Should we just eat it?
何か、お料理に？
or should we cook with it?

本当ですね。色々な魚肉ソーセージがあるんだな？と私も勉強不足でした。
魚肉ソーセージは、沖縄天ぷら以外あまり食べたことないので、魚肉ソーセージを使ったレシピ色々と考えてみたいと思います。
